Nyan Cat

About this costume:

I just love Nyan Cat. It’s so annoying and cute at the same time, that you just have to love it. It’s funny and gets me into a good mood. I came up with the idea of making a Nyan Cat girl costume during winter when there were no conventions and I had a lot of free time. I browsed through the internet because I wanted to buy a Nyan Cat shirt and then I found Nyan Cat dresses and thought “Oh hey, I want to make a Nyan Cat costume!” I had most of the fabrics at home and I used the wig from my Ciel’s Sleepy Hollow dress after changing it a little. The only things I had to buy were the fake fur and the green fabric, so it was a cheap costume. I’m very happy that people like my Nyan Cat costume so much. It means a lot to me, especially because the outfit is my own design.
